Everyone was very kind. We were seen within an appropriate period of time. Although this facility is not focused on pediatrics, everyone treated my daughter and me wonderfully. Great new location. Clean facility and best of all plenty of parking!

I was blown away at how easy my visit was last night. I typically avoid Urgent Care because it’s always a mess and you end up sitting there forever. No one wants to wait feeling uncomfortable because they’re sick. I was seen right away. Everyone was very friendly. The information was direct and easy to digest. I went home feeling like I had a game plan and would be on the mend soon. Also, the waiting room felt very clean. I noticed water and a coffee machine with pods. Honestly, that’s always nice to have around for the person/partner taking care of the patient that’s ill. It’s the little things that make a difference too.

Our family has been visiting the Steele Street Urgent Care Team for years and could not be more appreciative of their professionalism, acumen, and demeanor. And we really have a relationship with all of the service providers. If we could give more stars we would. Thank you!
