I made an appointment in advance via the UC Health app and was updated about when to come. This was helpful because I was in pain and could stay at home until I needed to leave. There is plenty of parking. The staff were all kind and caring. The medical staff were knowledgeable.
As is my general experiennce with UCHSC, the UC on Steele St is excellent. Staff is very welcoming and courteous; the provider I saw was excellent and helpful. I recommend all aspects of UCHSC care to my friends.

One VERY rude and unprofessional desk lady.
Someone on staff also thinks they don't have to park in a spot and can park their car in front of an access aisle!!! I was nearly blocked in by that person and I watched them walk in through the employee entrance.
