“The staff at Alpert Vision Care are friendly and professional. On my first visit, I had a first appointment set up in minutes, and the initial exams were also very smooth. I had Dr. Kenneth (totally forgot his last name), and I really liked how quick I had my contact lenses - literally in and out in 30 minutes! The staff were extremely thorough with insurance and what to expect, when to expect, and where to expect for delivery. One area I hope to see improved is their frame selections. They have quite a few on display, but finding something for larger head sizes was an arduous experience. Other than that, I'm looking forward to my return to Alpert Vision Care!“

“I've been wearing glasses since I was a child. To me, IQ Optical is one of the best places. I discovered them a year ago, and so far, I've had two vision exams there, and I purchased four glasses which I like very much. They offer excellent service, good prices, and decent frames. What I find striking is their attitudes and the way the procedures are carried out. They work in an unhurried manner but they won't waste a minute of your time or theirs. When they are with you, they are a hundred per cent with you, no distractions. Usually, I feel nervous during vision exams, but not with them. The first time I was examined by Jennifer Bui, DO, and then by a new optometrist whose name I don't know. In both cases Linda assisted them. I admired their perfect teamwork. They examined me very carefully; the instructions and the questions were clear. They explained what was better for me, and they listened They were patient, attentive, and supportive. It was such a pleasure to be helped by competent and dedicated people. Linda also helped me choose the frames. She is such a sweet person. My glasses were ready in a day or two after the vision exams. Based on my experience with I Q, I am now their loyal customer, and I will strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a new prescription and new glasses.“
“Gary put in transition lenses for me into a new pair of frames I bought. After a few days of indecisiveness, I ended up buying the same frames but a tad bit smaller.(46mm v 44mm) Without wanting to waste these lenses, who do I call? That's right, Gary. Ghostbusters have nothing on this man! He was able to cut down the lenses and transfer them into the other frame within a couple hours. Mind you, I'm a new customer and he's been treating me like a family member. Even answered the phone on a day he was closed. I'm happy to have found a gentleman like Gary for any of my optical needs.“

“Highly recommend! My wife and I came here to get our eyes tested and buy new glasses. Dr. Cooper and her staff could not be any nicer or more professional. And in addition to the office being clean and in a great location, they have all the latest tech. We did not have to get our eyes dilated. Instead they have an eye scan which is painless, quick and easy - and it's very cool to see up close the digital photos of your eyes. They stock a very nice collection of glasses too - we got some really cool ones.“

“I have been a patient of Dr. Samet for over 25 years, what a fantastic guy Dr. Samet is. His office Mgr, Mozelle, has known me for almost as many years. It's sad to here he has retired but good for him, he's got a wonderful family can enjoy. I'm glad Mozelle stayed on with the new owner Dr. Ohanian, she's a nice young Dr. I went to see her for an emergency I had with my eye, she was thorough and efficient AND she didn't charge me. The office is much nicer.“

Dr. Ani Janszyan was terrific too, very professional, asked great questions, took the time to explain the charts and images from my tests, and really worked to get to an optimal result for my prescription, by asking about my lifestyle, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Janszyan and the team, Cat, Austin for what ever your eye needs are.“

“Everything went very well! The staff was helpful and the optometrist was competent. My wife and I went there together. We’ve both had problems getting the right prescription in the past, but we believe we they got it right! We had to stop back in because the measurement of my wife’s center of vision was a little off, but Abby and the manager were immediately helpful, confirmed the problem, and re-ordered her glasses without any hassle. Finally, the prices were competitive with online “disrupter” eyeglass companies, but, because this is a brick and mortar store, you can try on the frames physically instead of virtually.“

“Michael C is a mensch!! My glass frames were broken and I tried a few spots, all shut me down. Especially the big frame place. Sunglass hut NO HELP, go to Lens Crafters. Lens crafters. Now way, you need to buy new glasses with a new lenses. $800 min. Michael went out of his way, got my same frames and popped in the old lenses which work perfectly. Saved me $600! And gained himself a client for life. Thank you Michael!“
