Exceptional experience from start to finish. The quality is far superior to any of the other lenses that I’ve had in the past. Kathy and the team are wonderful and incredibly welcoming. Strongly recommend to anyone who is in the market for lenses. I have been loyal to other lens makers but I will definitely be using this location exclusively from now on.
I found this place when I urgently needed a replacement pair of readers after my dog destroyed mine. My regular boutique optical shop had already taken more than a month to get my lenses, so I was expecting another slow process. This was the complete opposite.
Veronica at the front of house was kind, helpful, and on top of everything. Cathy, the owner, made the whole experience feel personal and easy. Art, the optical lab technician, got the lenses done quickly and professionally. Unbelievable. I lost two pairs of glasses recently at the beach. Needing an immediate replacement, I stopped in. True to all the positive reviews, friendly, helpful, even with multiple customers in there, everything was efficient. I found frames I liked, gave them my prescription, about an hour from the time I walked in, I walked out able to see again.
