Tanya Sarkes was so helpful when I was picking out glasses and she went above and beyond to assure me that if for any reason the prescription isn't working correctly to come and she will make sure my prescription matches the order. She really put me at ease, as I was uneasy because my last visit I received the wrong prescription. Thank you, Tanya for helping me with such a lovely, warm attitude. It's hard to come by these days and much appreciated.

She is one of the loveliest and most gracious people I’ve met dealing in retail business matters. Her approach was always with sincere kindness and evident knowledge of eyeglass wear, their prescriptions, and offering her genuine opinion as well. I really appreciated that. I had visited the Fallbrook store several times and was lucky enough to see her working each of those days.
