Many drive from far away just to visit Optix, where they find great prices and styles they would actually wear. The consistently friendly service makes it a recommended place to shop for glasses and repairs. Support for this business is encouraged.
I googled glasses repair near me and I came across Optix. I called and a nice gentleman named Donald answered and said he could fix my sunglasses I sat on. I went there and met Donald and he went into the back to try to repair my glasses. I helped myself to the free tootsie rolls and in about 5 minutes my glasses were good as new. I asked how much I owed him and he told me he wasn’t charging. I highly suggest you go to Optix for any glasses-related needs. Ask for Don, he is the man! Thanks Optix 🙏

There are plenty of places to pick out frames and get your prescription filled on the Westside. These guys at Optix deserve 6 stars. Unparalleled customer service is what gets my vote. They treated me like a celebrity, were patient with my request and provided me with service that most stores have forgotten. Go.....you won't be disappointed.

Mitch is highly knowledgeable about frames and lenses! I came in with a pair of badly made glasses from an online retailer, and he was able to adjust them (free of charge!) while educating me about lens design. Super kind and helpful guys. Thank you!
