Mitch is highly knowledgeable about frames and lenses! I came in with a pair of badly made glasses from an online retailer, and he was able to adjust them (free of charge!) while educating me about lens design. Super kind and helpful guys. Thank you!
Great customer service. Picked up glasses for my daughters here. Very friendly and patient service, and over the years minor repairs have been handled with minimal hassle. Will definitely continue to go here for our eyeglass needs. Highly recommend.
I got my first pair of glasses here and I've been coming back for 6 years now, everyone's always extremely helpful and kind no matter what my problem is. The last time I came in I told them my glasses kept getting bent because I lost the case they came in, to which they gave me a case with their logo on it and called it free advertising (thanks Donald!). I will certainly be coming back in a few weeks when they begin doing their own eye exams and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone getting a new pair of glasses or who needs their old ones fixed.
