They were super nice and respectful towards me and my needs. walked me through everything and super kind and sweet staff! didn’t mind any waiting bc it was fresh inside!! really good experience and really cheap affordable cute styles for everyone

Had a 2pm appointment and quickly found out they're stacking appointments on top of each other. I expect a business to be on top of their appointments and respecting the clients time. Clearly my time was not respected by having me wait over 30m ??. Come here if you want to be walking in with other people who have the same appointment time as you.

Nice staff and always helpful. My only complaint however is that they don't want to give me a copy of my prescription. I know they do this just so we can only order glasses and contacts from them but it would be nice to also let the customer be able to find their prescriptions for cheaper if they can. I was able to get a copy of it once and it was a pain. I asked for it again another time and I never got it. Otherwise, awesome service and very friendly staff.
