The staff here are just amazing! It’s my first time needing glasses and after going to a previous optometrist that couldn’t get my prescription right and another fiasco with firmoo, I came here after being recommended by a friend. Not only did they diagnose that I didn’t have the right prescription, they also did their best to give me the best deal possible for new glasses, especially because I had to pay out of pocket. I had a great experience here! I’ve had contacts for 17 years and had many private doctors but this place was better than most. Everyone was extremely helpful. I had some complicated issues with my prescription - they listened and helped without making me feel crazy or too picky. Truly went above and beyond for my needs.
A 3 or a 4? 3rd time I've used americas best. 2x down in lake forest 1x in Simi valley. Very good experiences in lake forest. The lenses were perfect. I got progressives all three times. My complaint is with the simi experience. The lenses came out very wrong at first. The sales staff was extremely helpful in trying to remedy the problem. They reordered both both pairs. When they came back one of the pairs was usable and the other, not. Again, sales staff was very accommodating and we ordered new lenses for the third pair.
