He is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. The staff in both offices are very professional and personable.“

“"I can see clearly now...." No really, I can finally see clearly now! So here's the deal, and I'm being really serious here, I had been having an issue with my eyesight for a couple of years now. I had another eye doctor who was not treating my issue correctly. My eyes were constantly red, irritated and then my eyesight was blurred. So blurred that it has affected my every day life. I couldn't drive. I couldn't get any work done on my computer. It was awful. And then, the heavens opened up and I was introduced to Dr. Carrie Kubota and her incredible staff. From the moment I contacted their office, I could tell they really cared. They were able to squeeze me in as a first time patient. And when I left Dr. Carrie Kubota's office for the first time, I cried. She immediately saw the issue..... turns out I have three major issues. The doctor decided to tackle the first part, which is the severity of the blurry eyes and the irritation. As I write this review, I'm still in the process of correcting the irritation and the blurriness. Turns out the blurriness is caused from extreme dry eyes. She has a great solution for my dry eyes. And I should be able to start those treatments soon. The last issue, I simply need glasses. I have already recommended Dr. Carrie Kubota to many friends and colleagues. I am confident that you will love her as much as I love her. Simply stated Dr. Carrie Kubota cares deeply about her patients. And now, drum roll please, "I can see clearly now...."“

“Hands down, Gabe's Frame Lab is the absolute best in town for all of your optical needs -- new glasses, repair of existing glasses, etc. My elderly father's glasses were viewed to be unrepairable by Lenscrafter, but the staff at Lenscrafter introduced me to Ana Perez at Gabe's Frame Lab and suggested that she might be able to repair his frame. She delivered and his glasses have been great for years now...thanks to Ana's work. When my wife's glasses were deemed irreparable by local opticians, I took them to Ana, and today they work perfectly again. I just took a second pair of titanium-framed glasses for my wife to Ana, and this evening they are working perfectly. I cannot recommend Gabe's Frame Lab any more highly than I do. Ask for Ana. “Our world moves quite fast these days so to find a doctor who is both a wealth of knowledge coupled with the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced is a rarity. Well, I was truly fortunate to find that very rare gem in Dr. Stacy Hamlet from Conejo Family Eyecare. I went in due to blurry vision I was experiencing in my right eye. After extensive testing she found that I had a detached retina requiring immediate attention. As you can imagine, worry quickly set in as to what this would entail and Stacy was able to bring me a sense of calm during a sensitive time. She displayed incredible poise, was so patient being totally present in the moment and above all she truly showed how much she genuinely cared which made me feel so much better. Stacy helped get me in with California Retina Consultants and I was in to see them the day after and had surgery within 48 hours of seeing Stacy.
