This office goes above and beyond. They have taken the time to redo tests if needed, have me try on many, many frames and even squeezed me in (in the doctor’s lunch) when I had an eye emergency. They even stayed on the line with the specialists office they referred me to so I could get in immediately and lessen the paperwork I would need to fill out. Love this doctor and staff! 5 stars and 5 hearts!
It was time for my yearly exam when I broke the temple of my bifocals. Wearing my previous prescription, I asked for an ASAP appointment. I was given a prompt one on Monday. I have always seen Dr. Shields, but he was not available, so I was assigned Dr. Lisa Maier. I was impressed by her thorough and professional exam. She asked all the right questions about my health. Oh, by the way, during the exam, they repaired my glasses!
Dr. Shields and his staff are always so pleasant and very thorough! Dr. Shields is great in explaining your eye exam in detail. He never rushes and makes sure he answers all your questions. There is a great selection of frames and the turnover time is always faster then I expect!
