Came to see Michael to have our 3 year old fitted for glasses and I cannot say enough positive things about him! He made us feel comfortable while choosing frames and made the experience fun for our toddler. He helped pull frames that would fit best and let her try on a bunch of pairs, had a great selection, and offered a 2 year warranty on the frames. He also had our VSP paperwork filled out in an envelope when we came to pick up the glasses. Thank you Michael for making our experience such a positive one!
He is. The. Best. Has the best selection of kid's glasses but also great adult too. We have been coming to him for a couple years for my daughter and I decided to get some frames for myself. I picked some out and after I went home and they were all set, I got negative feedback from my family! I came back the next day thinking I would have to eat the cost and Michael was like no problem, pick out something else. No charge! Just paid the difference with the new more expensive frames I chose. Love him.
Michael C is a mensch!! My glass frames were broken and I tried a few spots, all shut me down. Especially the big frame place. Sunglass hut NO HELP, go to Lens Crafters. Lens crafters. Now way, you need to buy new glasses with a new lenses. $800 min. Michael went out of his way, got my same frames and popped in the old lenses which work perfectly. Saved me $600! And gained himself a client for life. Thank you Michael!
