I just wanna start by saying Glenn is extremely professional, this previous review was absurd. My dogs were dropped off on 11 February for a move and this woman repeatedly lied about having my dogs and being in transit with them , with a bunch of excuses it is now three weeks later and I heard my dogs were at Glenn’s inn so I contacted Glenn and he’s been extremely professional and helpful with this matter this is the post she wrote, which is completely untrue, Glenn has taken extremely good care of my dogs and just wants to see the best for themKellee Landon4 reviews39 minutes agoNEWExtremely unprofessional when handling client affairs. Nothing but praise for this team .. great facility and great responsive communication as well as professional handling for dogs who are traveling from LAX ...highly recommend ! Thx guys !!!

Glen’s dog inn was scheduled with the IPATA pet shipper we used moving with our 2 dogs from Guam to California. When the pet shippers said “this is our guy for the pets flying into LAX” I knew this place was good. Glen (&team) picked our dogs up and transported them to their place. They responded to emails when I checked in the following morning to see how the dogs were. I was relieved to know it was an “open” boarding facility, the dogs aren't locked into kennels/runs for their entire stay. Upon pick up they were out stretching their legs in the yard.
