“Beautiful souls attend this facility. Every single one of the vet techs and vets have shown compassion and empathy for my Pomeranian babies. They're prices are reasonable and they accommodate to my hectic schedule. They treated my baby like if they were theirs. I will continue to bring my babies here. Rest assure that they also need rest and will be closed for the holidays season. However, they provide alternative emergency facilities while they are closed.“

“Fabiola was sooo helpful and kind to my highly anxious kitty. She worked with us for 30 minutes to get her nails clipped and feed her medication and never got annoyed. She's great! The whole staff are very accommodating. Love coming here.“

“We have two chihuahua mix rescues who have both benefited greatly from their training with Alexandra. One of our dogs was reactive, and its now much easier to bring him on walks as well as have visitors to our home. The other was quite skittish which made training on our own tricky. Alexandra really helped us navigate his needs and build up his confidence. Both of our dogs are more confident and much better citizens since they started training. Also, while we originally did training in person and weren't quite sure how well virtual training would go, Alexandra navigates Zoom training remarkably and we don't feel like we're losing anything from not having in-person sessions.“

“Briana is hands down the BEST sitter EVER !!!!! I’m very picky on who takes care of my fur babies but Briana is very attentive to them. She constantly sends updates whether it’s a txt, pictures, or videos of them. She makes me feel comfortable having my dogs there. Briana was our first choice and let’s just say she has been the only one to ever watch them. This was the best decision we have made when it comes to our dogs. I recently had a family emergency and of course Briana saved the day for us. She truly has the best soul and is an overall GREAT person. “PetSmart has become my go to grooming location for my Coco which is why I recommended my roommate to take her fur baby to them. The staff is always super friendly and nice to my dog which is awesome because he does get a little nervous every time he goes for his pamper time. I love how they leave his little face looking all the time and I can tell they are very gentle with him. Today we took Bella for her first puppy trimming and they left her super fluffy and smelling amazing! Thank you Nataly for making our fur babies look so cute. “Dumont has been walking my dog since 2020 so this is looong overdue. I loved my previous dog walkers (FitPals), but moved out of the area and needed to find someone I could trust with my leash aggressive and reactive dog. He’s done such a great job with her socialization with the pack walks and yard days. I’m thankful she can get that experience and exercise. He also takes great photos of her in the daily recap, which I find impossible to do myself.

Also, he’s been very supportive of my dog when she has health issues, and I know he’s been the same with other clients. It’s a great comfort to know he cares so much for the pack members.“
