I’ve had great experiences with Mike’s Air over the previous two visits. We called Mike's Air to investigate a strange smell and peeling paint around one of our vents. Raya was very kind and worked with our schedule and was prompt about following up with any changes or updates. On the day of inspection, Danny came out to check out the issue; he texted us 40 minutes before his arrival and was very prompt. Danny was really nice and shot straight with us.
He looked at the issue, then proceeded to check the HVAC system on the roof and said everything looks to be in good condition with no cracks. I have used Mike's Air a couple of times now to fix and maintenance our A/C units, we have an upstairs and downstairs. Professional service, show up on time, responds quickly, and very respectful.
Andre is the expert who has come out to fix and service our units and we have always had good experience. Their pricing was reasonable and he did not try to upsell me or charge me for a bunch of things I didn't need.
I would highly recommend them.
