“When I first started treatment, I arrived at Dr. Garcia’s clinic with icy-hot headaches around my head, inflamed hands with an icy sensation, unable to bend over without feeling as though all my blood went to my forehead, irregular bowel movements, and a sinking sensation walking down stairs. Dr. Garcia took my blood pressure reading and it was 132/90. After just one week of taking herbal medicine, I no longer had any symptoms. I now have regular bowel movement and improved skin health. Today, my blood pressure is back to normal.Dr. Garcia is not only a patient Chen Taijiquan and Qigong teacher but also a genuine doctor who cares about your health. Just as he breaks down each movement in his classes, Dr. Garcia will explain your condition in TCM terms and break it down clearly. He is also willing to explain each herb, their uses, where/how it is gathered, and why it will work well in treating your current condition (ex. Dampness). He checks up on my tongue readings regularly and each time I arrive for a check up, he will change the herbal formulation to directly match my body’s present condition. His treatment style is individualized and it is truly a blessing to be in his care.“

13300 Whittier Blvd, Whittier“Great place for a workout. I attended one class via ClassPass and was going to sign up for a promo they mentioned while I was there (without being the least bit pushy about it), but their website doesn't seem to be maintained and I'm too lazy to reach out via other means, lol. Great camaraderie at this place. The instructor was great. Maybe I'll unlazify soon and return.“

My daughter has attended the dance studio on and off and was even part of the competition team, the dancers here were all kind and sweet to my daughter and you can feel the camaraderie of this studio . My daughters dance and technique improved tremendously under the supervision of Ms Sara and Ms Leslie. The teachers are highly skilled, the pricing is good and the dancers that come out of this studio are great. I highly recommend this dance studio“

654 W Arrow Hwy, San Dimas“HONORING SOCIAL DISTANCING I'm so thrilled that I am able to do yoga almost everyday....thanks to the studio's online classes on ZOOM. For years my goal was to commit to 3-5 sessions a week and since UYS offered their online, I've been doing it daily. I love the fact I can stay in my pj's if it's the morning sessions and not have to worry about leaving the house. The teachers are so well prepared and I am in awe how I feel after each session especially with the turmoil our world is going through and all the emotional impact the COVID pandemic is causing. My temptation to succumb to the normal up and dwon emotions that want to surface is nipped in the bud during the process of the breathe work, mindfulness and body workout. So grateful for each teachers who give their professional best and their amazing examples.“

20657 Golden Springs Dr Unit 110, Diamond Bar“I can't say enough about TAG Yoga! Two years ago I had a stroke and it caused right side weakness, backpain, and neck pain. A friend recommended TAG Yoga. I've only been going for a couple of weeks but I really see improvements! I feel stronger on my right side, my backpain has subsided, and I feel I'm getting better sleep! Tina and Angie are great instructors. They are patient and help you get to the correct positions without making you look d**** The posses are very smooth and seamless transitions. To top it off, parking is a breeze and prices are super reasonable. I highly recommend TAG Yoga; it really helps people who are in similar situations as me and also for anyone who wants to feel more healthy.“

3211 S Brea Canyon Rd, Diamond Bar“David, the owner and teacher, has more than 40 years career in teaching yoga. Lots of students follow with him are more than 5 years. The classes type is hot yoga basically with traditional Hatha yoga. You can join any classes, no level difference. $120 monthly, unlimited, as long as you have time to come. I think only nonprofit organization can do it like this. In here, we like a big yoga family. David creates a mutual training environment, senior students practice with junior one. We make jokes to each other and share some of our life matters during the class. This is why we are more like a big family, watching each others and caring each others. Most importantly, here, you always can hear laughing. Joyful is priceless, and I can find it from here.“

18756 Amar Rd, Walnut“There were a lot of things happened in my life last month that I was so stressful and even felt depressed, so I decided to sign up for a Yoga class during the Spring break to restore myself. I found their website on Yelp and signed up for the $49 for 2 weeks package, and I went to different classes including Yoga, Reiki and Kundalini. All instructors there are wonderful and genuine people and I always felt I had been healed a little bit after each class. After the 2-week package ended, I felt much more better and alive! I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for connection and healing ?“
“I love power yoga class taught by Shikha. She incorporates stretching, weights, HIIT and meditation in her yoga classes. It is deceptively hard. The instructor makes the class very fun and she encourages you to maintain positive attitude in life. I love taking different styles of classes with Shikha.Their kids classes are awesome too.“

19704 Arrow Hwy, Covina“Martial Art Innovations is really innovative. They manage to keep my 3 and 5 year old engaged thought the pre-dragon class. Right now with the uncertainty of Covid19, the pre-dragons class held online is one of the consistent activities the kiddos have. Reviewing the 'social distancing' classes held online, Don and the instructors do a good job keeping the lessons moving, there isn't a dull moment and the kids enjoy every minute of it. 5-stars for Martial Art Innovations all the way.“

290 Rolyn Pl, Arcadia“I think overall the physical space it's self is a 4.5. Some instructors really don't que students enough so I wouldn't recommend this place to someone who hasn't done yoga before. During the end of the extreme precautions with covid this studio opened a second space attached to their main lobby area and it was THE BEST area to do yoga. It was hot enough, tall ceilings, bright natural lighting. They had the pads for your yoga towels so you aren't on the hard ground-- today I walked in and the door was filled with a wall :( Back in the smaller room, just wasn't the same for me... A touch I really love is they always give you chilled towels before your savasana at the end of class.“
