The friendly and attentive staff provide great customer service, and the facilities are well-maintained and clean, with a comprehensive set of equipment and a pilates studio. Trainers seem friendly and practice what they preach. Jasmine, the Operations Manager, does a fantastic job of keeping the gym clean and ensuring that the equipment works well. While the equipment is generally well maintained, some attention is needed for the free weight benches that require replacement. Overall, LA Fitness provides an outstanding value for its members, with a commitment to cleanliness and customer satisfaction. It has plenty of options for workouts, making it a great choice, especially for those who will actively use the many activities offered.
