The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. While some equipment may be outdated, the gym's convenient location and pleasant atmosphere make it a great place to exercise and socialize.
Terrible spot-saving and disrespectful behavior during Saturday morning classes.
I was very disappointed by what happened at the Diamond Bar location on Saturday morning (July 4). Right after the Bodyworks class ended, a large group of members rushed into the studio before participants from the previous class had even finished packing up their yoga mats.
One person placed a bag directly beside me to reserve a spot. I explained that I was staying for the next class, but the person insisted that I move to the middle of two rows. Been way too long since I've been here and it was like old hat coming in, understanding the system, the machines, the layout... things have been upgraded and that's to be expected. It's still the same great place I remember; looking forward to being regular again!

I apologize for my previous review. That's for 24 hours fitness not LA Fitness. I really like LA fitness. Inside is bright and clean. All equipments are well maintained. People are nice and friendly. Really enjoyed working out here.
