Martial Art Innovations is really innovative. They manage to keep my 3 and 5 year old engaged thought the pre-dragon class. Right now with the uncertainty of Covid19, the pre-dragons class held online is one of the consistent activities the kiddos have. Reviewing the 'social distancing' classes held online, Don and the instructors do a good job keeping the lessons moving, there isn't a dull moment and the kids enjoy every minute of it. 5-stars for Martial Art Innovations all the way.

If you need a place to teach yourself or your kid(s) self defense there is no better place! Mr. Frack is great I cannot say enough about him and his wonderful wife, Gigi. They have a great outlook on life and pass it on to others. My daughter asks almost everyday if it’s a “karate” or “weapons” day!

I've been a student here for about 10 years now. Mr. Frack and the staff at MAI has truly changed my life. This place has not only taught me how to defend myself, but also discipline and respect. Mr. Frack teaches with such patience and positivity. Without MAI I wouldn't be anywhere near who I am today.
