Beautiful shop! I love a well curated apothecary. Such a nice selection of potions, teas, herbs, oils. I will have to return soon and investigate their inventory when I'm in a shopping mood. Today I only headed back to the garden cafe to grab a beverage with a friend. They have a nice selection of tonics and hot drinks. Lovely urban escape. It's really gorgeous. Definitely worth a visit and a hang. The staff were sweet and my cacao drink was rich and delicious. Such a sweet place.

I had the wonderful opportunity to have chelsea as my hair stylist. I came in with three rounds of box dye and she completely transformed my hair! The service was amazing, I was offered wine, water, coffee, and so much more while I was getting my hair done. She took the time to get to know my hair goals with a consultation and even tested my hair to make sure it could hold the bleach. I am beyond happy with my results and loved how kind and considerate she was with my hair! I would highly recommend!!
I almost never get my haircuts by a barber, but I was looking for something different than just an at-home buzz cut. Can't say enough great things about the owner of this business. He's super friendly, patient, and careful. At multiple points, he paused to ask what I wanted before proceeding. He is the only barber present, so I would expect a wait and bring something to keep you busy if you're going in the middle of the day. I came immediately at 11:00 AM, and there were two people already lined up by the time I finished at 11:30 AM. Note that this business is walk-in only and does not take appointments. I also appreciated that my barber knew exactly what to do with Asian male hair, which cannot be said about most barbershops. At the time of this writing, my haircut was $28, and I provided a 25% tip ($7). Parking just to the left of the business or on the street is free and not too difficult to find. Would definitely give this place a try if you are in West LA. It's also next to Costco which is a big win too lol

This place is a great place to get a haircut. Every location that I've been to has been very relaxed, friendly, and full of knowledgeable barbers. The only thing critical that I could say about it is that it is a bit pricey, but let's be honest, it's your hair. You get what you pay for. They do a great haircut, and you can pretty much get any style that you want. I would recommend this to anyone who cares about their appearance. And I'm definitely coming back.

I got eyebrow shape and clean up with Megan and it was great! They look perfect and I usually am such a baby with eyebrow waxes but she made it sooo comfortable and relaxing.
Got my nails done with Mia. She was so lovely and helpful. Really patient with me as I’m indecisive when it comes to choosing my nail design. She showed me lots of options and was so lovely. She was very skilled and lovely to talk to throughout.
Brought in my own Dazzle Dry system which both manicurist and pedicurist used no problem and each listened & responded to my requests without attitude the way some places occasionally can be. Both were careful and attentive. Another major plus is I was able to book late Sunday—their being open later than most are was very helpful. Everyone was polite. Brought me a bottled water when thirsty. Easy parking. Bright open space, not too loud, also appreciated. Only “meh” feedback is that I paid for massage hot stone paraffin & scrub mani-pedi package and the massage was MUCH too gentle to be relaxing and I cant even recall them using the hot stone—perhaps I just wasn’t paying attention but if so it just wasn’t memorable. (I do recall seeing two stones??) That said, I could have kept asking for still firmer massage & my not noticing hot stone could also be on me. The paraffin treatment however was enjoyable and along with the foot scrub smoothed my skin nicely. All in all, and most importantly, my nails look great!!!!

I am visiting from out of state. I called ahead and walked to the salon; they gave me a full manicure to fix a broken nail with powder. It was great; the repair looked perfect and matched the length of my other nails. I returned a fews days later and they really made me feel welcome and gave great service again. I recommend this place. I can't wait til my husband, son and daughter can share my opinion. Treat people like you would like to be treated yourself with friendliness and respect.

I stumbled upon this place because I was looking for a calm environment to get a facial. Little did I know that I would find a sanctuary. I have been going here every Friday for a month because of Becca. She is knowledgeable, kind, and a gentle soul. If you are thinking about getting a microcurrent facial please see Becca. I had my doubts at first but holy sh** the glow up is real. Shes the reason why I keep coming back. Its not cheap but it is 100% worth it and you will save money by no longer needing botox. Trust me! I am a huge sceptic of all things but this place and Becca will take care of you. The only question you should have is why the hell didn't you go to her sooner! Five Ball Tattoo is easily my favorite in LA. The decor and vibes are unmatched, and the team is incredibly professional and caring, making sure you leave stoked! I walked in for an ear piercing and Reese Salken @reese.of.flesh was able to accommodate me immediately. It was rad! He was so cool, patient, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Pin always hooking it up!! I already had a ghostie and gave him my concept of another ghost and VanGogh. Needless to say he killed it. Absolutely in love with my new tattoo. He takes his time, evaluates the tattoo and shares his opinion. He's a total team player when it comes to bringing your concept to life! Can't wait till the next one!!

This was my first time coming here but not my first tattoo. I had been following Wendy on IG @wendystattoos who has been apprenticing at this shop for the past year. I really liked her animal designs, and the design I wanted was intended to be animal like. It was easy to schedule an appointment with her, and the shop was easy to find. There was ample street parking and parking in the residential area if you need a longer session. Wendy was patient and purposeful for helping me with the design and placement and the shop owner was great with checkins and very welcoming. In hindsight, I kind of wish I had gotten my first tattoos here considering how inviting the atmosphere is here and the skill of all the artists. Their designs are cool and very versatile. The piece completed on my arm by Wendy exceeded my expectations. She was thorough and had great suggestions to make the design worthwhile! Definitely coming back to the shop and with Wendy to get more work done!
Eitan CRUSHED my cover-up project. I called ahead and he was available for me to visit the shop immediately, same day.
He got me in the next morning for ink, and the final result looked better than our stencil. Not surprising though because Eitan was such a good communicator and so great at integrating the reference images I brought him.
The colors & shading came out great, and the owner Bobby sent me home with proper after-care materials. Amazing team, and the music was even great as I watched people walk beneath the sun along Main St.
Eitan asked me to return after 3 weeks of healing for several hours of additional coloring and shading. Totally reasonable pricing; this was just the best.

I had a great experience here. I wanted something simple, and they were able to deliver. I believe the artist’s name was Felipe (sorry if I got this wrong!) . He has long hair and is from Colombia. He constantly checked in on me for pain level, and designed a great tattoo for me. I only had to say what I wanted, and he went to work. I’m a doctor so I always make sure the right precautions are taken for the safety of my skin. He provided a very good sealant for the first 5 days, and accurate recommendations for the next 2 weeks.
I couldn’t be happier and would recommend this place to any friend or family member.
Love this shop! Everything is clean and well maintained. The shop has parking which is not easy to come by in LA sometimes. I've been here 3 times and everyone working has been welcoming but didn't linger. The music is fun which makes the experience enjoyable. As a plus there are lots of good restaurants around that you can check out before or after your tattoo appointment. I highly recommend this shop.
Here I am, 2.5 years later looking at my tattoo and realizing I never wrote Nav (at Oceanfront) a review! We vacationed during a weekslong rainstorm in 2023 where I swear most studios were closed, but they were open - and we lucked out - they saw us three girls and gave us tattoos at reasonable prices, mine wasn't crazy - but was line work (Tolkien's Smaug). 2.5 years later, I remember Nav being great and my lines are still clean. ? So, I'm happy! Thanks Nav! Sorry for the delay ?

The construction crew did an excellent job with our home office, installing custom shelving, new flooring, and updated lighting. It’s now a much more productive and inspiring space for working from home.

Within the first 10 minutes of my session Dr. Jacob was able to fully analyze my bodies alignment issues and clearly explain them to me with the help of a 3d model of the skeletal/muscular structure of the spine. He then explained his plan to adjust my body, and then (as far as I can tell) he expertly realigned my body by completely relieving my muscle tension and then precisely adjusting my joints/bones. I felt indescribable relief both during and after the session; I feel emotionally and physically reinvigorated. Moreover, Dr. Jacob is an incredible listener. He has a calm, patient, lighthearted, non-judgmental way of being that is perfect for any patient. Please, if you have issues finding balance in your body. Go see Dr. Jacob! I cannot recommend him enough!

As someone who does Pilates every day in London, Anna gave me the two best classes I have ever experienced. We did so much on the legs with a total-body workout. It was like doing 2 classes in other studios, without feeling overwhelmed/strained. We lost zero time in between transitions. Thankfully, there's no loud music/microphone. It is challenging and simultaneously restorative/delicious. She mentioned she had a ballet background, and it shows. Again, the best class I've ever done. Enough to get me up at 6.30 am.
