Alyssa Kluge is the best Pilates instructor I’ve ever had. Hands down. Can work around any injury, ridiculously positive and supportive, and helps you learn about your own body while you work out.I would take a class from her over any other instructor.

DeNae has changed my body and thus changed my life. I have a degenerative spine, have undergone multiple surgeries, and have suffered from back pain for over a decade. After a few months of private lessons focusing heavily on perfecting form to prevent injury, my pain disappeared. I have a new baby and went to DeNae to explain my back history and how I needed to get strong to be able to lift a soon to be toddler.
