Professional, prompt, skilled and a good value. Everything you could ask for from any business and service. Michael was the technician who came out this Sunday morning to look at my freezer which stopped working. He arrived promptly on time and within 30-40 minutes was able to diagnose and fix the issue. Price was very reasonable and I will not hesitate to call or recommend PowerOn for any future appliance repair needs. All the 5 star reviews are correct. PowerOn is excellent.
The technician arrived on time (a little bit early), which was great I didn't have to wait. He provided me with an explanation for the reason my washing machine was having a problem and what the estimate cost would be. The time to repair was short, he had the needed part in his vehicle. He provided proof of what he said was wrong . Very efficient .
