What I appreciate most is how empowering the process has been. I’ve learned how to lift with proper form, build strength without aggravating old injuries, and stay consistent with nutrition in a way that still allows balance (yes, I still enjoy my wine and weekend meals!). The accountability and support here genuinely make a difference.

19203 Ventura Blvd, Tarzana“I’ve been coming to Strive Firness for about two years now. I really like that there are no class times. They have two sessions. One in the morning and one in the evening. You show up at anytime during either session and you jump right in to the workout of the day. I’ve never had to wait to join in even on a busy day. I love that the workout is set for the day. There are 11 stations and you rotate every two minutes. I really like how this is set up. Less for me to think about and I get a good work out in for the day. The trainers are great. They are there to help out and motivate you. Matt is so helpful and friendly and will help me modify exercises when I need a modification. Highly recommend this gym!“

226 E Palm Ave, Burbank“I am so obsessed with my new gym! EverFit checks all my boxes. It smells good, it’s always clean, and you can genuinely tell cleanliness is a priority—from the staff constantly wiping down machines to members doing their part after every workout.
They have a dry sauna, two private workout areas, and all the Pilates and yoga equipment you could need. One of the main reasons I joined was to intentionally add Pilates into my routine—and they offer reformer Pilates classes included with your membership, along with so many other options: barre, cycling, Zumba, strength circuits, and more.
There are so many classes to choose from for under $100 a month, which honestly feels like a steal. When I walk in, the staff knows me by name, and that personal touch makes the experience even better. It’s also never overcrowded, which is a huge plus for me.
And ladies—let’s talk locker room. Fully stocked with blow dryers, plenty of counter space, and vanity lighting ??

The instructors (shoutout to Cynthia) are welcoming and genuinely interested in you, and the Pilates instruction and education is refreshingly comprehensive. I leave every class feeling pleased at what I've learned and accomplished. It's a gem in the mid-city area!“
“Love this studio and being able to efficiently get a unique, full-body workout in half an hour. The instructors are all very knowledgeable. Parking is easy in a garage with validation. Benches are convenient and have phone chargers. Don't forget to bring grippy socks! Grippy socks and water are available for purchase if you forget.“

I am so glad I found The Nomad Gym-it is perfect and has far exceeded my expectations. Every week my trainer, Allie, comes up with something different. It is never boring, always something I can handle (even if I think I can't) and serious but oh so friendly, welcoming and down to earth. The Nomad Gym is wonderful!!“

I cried my first session, ha! and now I have completed 19 sessions / 2 months in. I'll get back to you in a year about how much my body transforms (already down 2% body fat and 5 lb muscle increase) but this has been more internally healing. They remove much of the barrier to entry by making the sessions 30 minutes and holding you accountable with scheduling. The included Physical Therapy aspect makes the experience feel much more health-related than aesthetic, which I need. All the trainers are very very good. Have fun.“

The same positive energy is reflected in the gym's atmosphere, which makes a big difference while you're getting in shape there. All my workouts were tailored to my needs, and I truly appreciated that. The gym is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and well-maintained. Ali and Micah always patiently responded to all my concerns and questions in detail, as did my fantastic trainers, Divya and Jorge, who did a great job at training me. Even though I had to terminate my membership early due to a personal health emergency, I gained a lot of knowledge in the short period of time, which I aim to implement in my workouts in the future. I highly recommend Impact One Fitness for your fitness goals--the team here works with sheer integrity and professionalism (and smiles). :-)“

It's nothing short of a miracle that I'm back on the hiking trail as if the the injury never happened.“

Paul has developed a routine for me that includes cardio warm-ups, bodyweight exercises, core workouts, and weight training, all complemented by his helpful diet advice.
