    I liked everything about my first session. Wendy, my trainer, was excellent, answered my questions and helped me relax. Your setup is very comfortable, the equipment looked very good, worked very well and there was no waiting at all once my session started. When I first arrived I got to talk to another gentleman who was there for a session. He told me he's been coming there about 4 years and he couldn't be happier with your approach to strength training and his improvement over time. I'm definitely looking forward to my next session.

    The atmosphere, the trainers, location, etc...Honestly, there's not one thing to dislike about TSC! Joe is an awesome and attentive trainer- tough love, caring, and supportive. TSC is a happy, safe space where you can learn, focus on your health and well-being, and meet cool people
