“the spiders around my house always make appearances in the warmer months but once wasps started showing up too i finally decided to look into pest control. family pest solutions has consistently great reviews so i reached out for a quote. i'd recommend calling/texting directly or messaging through yelp. i discussed the issue with darren and settled on doing a one-time exterior treatment at a competitive price. he arrived within the quoted timeframe, did an assessment around the perimeter, then got to work! he let me know what he did and also informed me of a treatment warranty.

the spiders have amazingly stayed away but the wasps unfortunately returned about three weeks later. i texted darren and he was able to come out for an additional treatment under warranty and gave me more recommendations to hopefully prevent future appearances.

They know their stuff and no one was trying to scare us which other places did to try to sell us a much more thorough and expensive-in time and money -plan. For less than 15% of one of the other bids and less than 50% of the others? Yeah. Definitely worth calling them. If they were wrong to reassure us and suddenly after all the years in our house we have an infestation, you know I’ll change this review!!! Call them. “I highly recommend Hi-Tech and plan to be a customer for a long time to keep the wood eating pests out of and away from our home.

I just had initial service with High-Tech termite. Both the inspector and the tech were professional and enjoyable to talk with. The inspector found wood beetles where we thought we just had sub termites so I am thankful for the thorough inspection. Inspector was through with his findings and gave options and explanations for what they could do, and we decided on spot treatments. The price was comparable to a “big name” termite company, and I thought the overall price with the 3 year warranty with follow up visits was a good value for the price. I plan to continue with an annual maintenance plan after the 3 years

They were very responsive - Whenever I called the office they were prompt to answer the call. The “big name” guy never called or followed up by email. Hi tech scheduled our service after inspection for the next week.

The tech that came out was very experienced, which put me at ease knowing that he had done it so many times before. He detected where the beetles or bees were coming into the house, showed us the tunnels and bores, and explained how he sprayed and what would happen if the pests continued to eat at the wood. Overall, really happy with the few extra minutes that he spent with us along the way to explain the process, what he was doing, and what he was seeing.“
