“There are many Attic Cleaning business you can choose in the Bay Area, I had 3 companies come out to look at our home where we have had a rodent problem for years and awful blown in insulation that was not only messy but installed incorrectly covering all the vents.
Attic Bros came out on a Wed for a quote and and we selected them based on the conversations, reviews, start time and cost.
They arrive 2 days after the quote acceptance for work, assessed discussed the job and proceeded to do their work.
They were professional, placed cleaning plastic all took care of all the waste debris and dead rodents they found.
Sealed up all exterior vents and holes and installed new insulation. The job they did was excellent and looks like a whole new attic

“We had an ant infestation, and Pacific Pest Management came to the rescue. It was easy to make an appointment. Alan took great care of us spraying the inside that would quickly dry before our pets had to be back home and he sprayed all the outside. Was impressed too that he offered to fill some of the areas with a sealant too. He followed up the next day to see if we saw any more ants, which we didn't. I work for a restaurant and we faced worst-case scenario: shut down by health department on a Friday, meaning we would miss the entire weekend of business (not to mention advertise our failed health inspection to the public all weekend) if we did not treat and reopen ASAP.

Presto’s owner Jim is clearly experienced in these emergency situations. He walked us through the entire process to make sure we would meet the health department’s requirements. He went to bat with us to make sure the insurance paperwork was in order for mall management to approve the emergency work permit same-day. “Competitive quote for attic insulation removal and reinsulation with batt, rodent proofing of attic, garage and crawl space. Did not try to upsell other services. Technician who came out to check the rodent issue was a lot more thorough examining the attic and garage than other companies. 4 member crew came at scheduled time, worked tirelessly the entire extended day to finish the job , cheerfully addressed some additional requests in hidden areas with holes into dry wall, and left the house completely clean with no trace of such a messy and hazardous job. Will hire again once I can confirm that their rodent proofing warranty works out :)“

“J&M termite are amazing. I wanted a second opinion on a termite inspection for a house I was buying. The inspector, Louis, did a very thorough job. When J&M's report turned up a lot of work the first report hadn't, Louis talked me through the report and the findings on the phone, answering all my questions. Because of the second report, I was able to negotiate and make sure the sellers covered the cost of the required Section 1 work. I also had J&M do most of the work -- the house was tented for termites and beetles, and then a substantial amount of framing was replaced (the total pest report was around $14k). The work was performed by Robert and his colleague. Robert was also excellent: a few places the work was less than expected so he updated the quote, and finished half a day earlier. Robert also talked me through when most of the underlying issues are coming from, which is really helpful as I get quotes to fix the roof for the underlying source of leaks. Robert also signed off on some of the work that another contractor (that the seller had organized) was doing that J&M couldn't do themselves, and again was extremely thorough, catching work that would have been subpar and working with the contractor to make sure their work was up to standard. Having a termite infestation in a new house is scary and unpleasant, but J&M resolved it painlessly. “So thankful for Ryan, Molly and Scout! I had bed bug concerns after receiving some bites which prompted me to seek out a canine inspection. My initial inspection was done with a different company which yielded inconclusive results. This was frustrating to hear as the bites continued. I reached out to Ryan and he was able to get me in within just a couple of days. He inspected the space himself, then had Molly perform her inspection and then Scout just to be sure. Thankfully they did not find any bed bugs and Ryan shared what pests he thought might be causing the bites and how to go about dealing with that. “I have been using Pestmed services since early 2022 for ants in my home and have been very happy with the results. We had pretty bad ant problem in June 2022 after moving into a new home. I had tried various off the shelf sprays and bait traps but no luck. Learnt about Pestmed through google search and after going through their customer reviews and took the chance.

Results were excellent, we literally went from not being able to keep food/fruits on island even for an hour due to ants to being able to food/fruits kept in open for days without worrying.

“Attic Bros just finished cleaning up my crawl space and attic, rodent proofing, insulate the ducts, the attic and the exterior walls of the first floor (close to 200 holes in the wall drilled, filled, patched and painted) Ori did a great job quoting, being available and updating me on everything and even coming to help with the work and Vic and his team did a great job finishing everything in 2 1/2 days!! We originally thought this big job would take a week! They work really hard, take pics of everything and respect your space and clean up after each day.
