Get a quote from them!! Get a few others too. This company is the real deal. They know their stuff and no one was trying to scare us which other places did to try to sell us a much more thorough and expensive-in time and money -plan. For less than 15% of one of the other bids and less than 50% of the others? Yeah. Definitely worth calling them. If they were wrong to reassure us and suddenly after all the years in our house we have an infestation, you know I’ll change this review!!! Call them. Vanguard responded promptly to our request for a free termite inspection. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly, received a very reasonable quote, and the treatment was completed right away.
Jim, who performed the initial inspection and provided the estimate, was knowledgeable, accommodating, and took the time to answer all of our questions while offering helpful advice. Jim did the inspection and was very patient in helping us understand the issues we had (dry wood termites). He even noticed that the crawl space has a leak, which helped us identify a plumbing issue! Then a week later, Gabriel and Roberto came for the treatment. They were professional, kind, patient, and clearly experts. They got the job done in 1.5 hours and even inspected other concerns we had! It was absolutely great working with all of them and I highly recommend them!!
