Six stars at least. Saw what I was sure was an infestation, and told me it was old and inactive and didn't need treatment. If I wanted to treat anyway, the quote was much lower than I thought it would be. Genuinely more interested in solving the problem than in making money.
Vanguard was great from first call to end of service.We reached out a couple weeks ago, had a consultation at our home two days later, and two weeks later, had our home serviced.While all the staff was on point, Roberto and Gorge were at our home today, and we were so pleased with their respectfulness of our home and precise work.Highly recommended!
Armando from Vanguard Termite did a thorough inspection of our house and garage. He found some termite activity, luckily, not as much as I expected. A week later he and Roberto treated all the areas in question. They were very pleasant, on time and gave me all the information I needed. I highly recommend their company.
