Ended up being a much bigger issue but Trevor was up front that it would probably be better fixed with a new roof and didn't charge me for his time and walked me through the issues and the best solutions. “I called Premier Rodent after we found rodent droppings in our kitchen and living room in San Ramon. I spoke with Ken, who understood the urgency as we have a recently crawling baby that was at risk of coming in to contact with the droppings.
