“We needed our attic cleaned out due to old insulation, new roof debris, and rodent droppings. I met with Najim Ahmad for an attic inspection and estimate. He provided the assessment, worked with me on insulation type, and offered to seal up an old unused whole house fan. He gave a competitive price, and the work was scheduled for the next day. The attic was throughly cleaned out, sanitized, and they sealed air gaps, including wire mesh on a gap where a rodent could enter. They installed new Owens Corning next gen Pink R-38 at my request. Roy and his crew did excellent work and delivered exactly what I wanted in one day. We're looking forward to saving money on heating and cooling the house and federal tax credit.“
