“I cannot say enough positive things about William. He is extremely knowledgeable and can tell you more about rats and any type of insect their habits. We have used his pest control service for many years now and I continue to be impressed every single time with his willingness to fit a service call in, even very late notice. I called her in March and schedule for fumigation in May because my house is still under remodeling. She has all the paperwork ready and has the team come to do the work. I thought I have to pay when we sign the contract which other termite company request to pay before they come. But we pay after the work done.
