While the overall service contract gives us assurance if we get termites or discovery new termite damage, we will not be facing a large repair bill. The yearly inspections of the bait stations have not been as comprehensive as I would expect. Terminix installed them but over the past several years a number of them on the back hill side have gone uninspected. The technician who serviced it last time did not know the number of stations installed/ a map of the locations on the property and was not actively trying to locate them. You’re better off going to Home Depot and getting some stuff to manage pests on your own. They couldn’t take care of an ant problem in my shower and they only sprayed some poison on the baseboards. Well, the ants needed to be baited to kill the colony. Thankfully, I was able to get a complete refund. But it took about 4-5 weeks and multiple calls. If I didn’t stay on top of them for a refund, it wouldn’t have happened even though everyone kept saying it would be coming. The one time service cost $300 and the tech was here for about 5 minutes, was high as a kite, and probably sprayed about $2 of insecticide spray. Okay so needing these types of services in the first place is repulsive and traumatizing enough. However, Bobby is absolutely delightful, and every time that I see him, he goes above and beyond the call of duty, all on his own accord. He is very professional, has a wonderful personality, and I get a big kick out of the fact that his name is Bobby and I am Whitney. It's priceless. Thank you Bobby and thank you Terminix for a job well done.
