“Definitely recommend Cass for small odd jobs around the house that do not require license or permit. Not only she's responsive but also honest about what she can and cannot help with. We needed to replace the bathroom fan, a job too small for electricians we inquired. Cass first came to inspect and make sure it's in her scope of work and kindly helped to identify the model and size for the replacement free. She came back 2nd time after we bought the replacement and finished the work neatly and perfectly. She'll definitely be our go to next time around.“

“We had reached out to Pulsar for a quote on a major gut renovation. It was a great experience working with Elena on a quote. During our home walkthrough, she was on time, professional, and helpful in immediately calling out suggestions or previous learnings from construction around the city that could bring risk to our desired timeline. They undoubtedly bring high end quality work, and their quote was very detailed/reasonable and focused on the right things. Ultimately we went with another contractor that included a dedicated full-time designer due to our unique situation of not having bandwidth to be available for decision-making for our contractors, but we were very impressed and would have gone with Pulsar otherwise. Highly recommend!“
“I was not able to proceed with my renovation for various reasons but I still felt the need to give Ben my 5 stars for his sincere honesty and vision for my project. Of all the contractors that I've spoken with he is by far the most transparent, the most meticulous, and easygoing. He spent a great amount of time during the consultation and does not make you feel rushed at all. He really has your interests in mind and our conversations were more like he was a lifelong friend rather than a contractor. I do hope to get my project going again soon, and will reach out to Ben again when that happens.“

We completely gutted our kitchen, installed a wall in the middle of our large bathroom (to yield 2 separate bathrooms, with brand new everything), replaced brand new luxury vinyl flooring, replace drain pipes and water pipes throughout the house, relocating a water heater from hallway to garage, replacing tiles and hardware for booth shower stall, installing a fireplace mantle, and installing of whole-house water softener/filtration system. The crew was very talented, capable, efficient, and very clean. Ronen was very responsive to requests/questions, and adaptable to changes made in the plan. Everything was also done on time, which was important. Her kitchen was in kind of state of disaster because of some terrible contractors who had done a shoddy job and abandoned it partway. I live across the country and wanted to try and do something to help her by at least trying to get the kitchen back in decent shape. I found Rouben, read some of the stellar reviews, and got in touch, and they renovated and updated the kitchen.
