Jenny and Lou came out to identify what remediation was rerquired and did their best to go to bat with my very difficult insurance adjuster. Joe's crew worked hard over several weeks to complete the stucco repair, painting and other things that the insurance company would approve. Anything that was not completed was only due to a lack of approval by my assigned adjuster. The process wasn't flawless in that there were a couple of issues that came up, but Joe quickly responded, checked out the situation, and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work.
