“Ronen was the general contractor for a major renovation at our house. We completely gutted our kitchen, installed a wall in the middle of our large bathroom (to yield 2 separate bathrooms, with brand new everything), replaced brand new luxury vinyl flooring, replace drain pipes and water pipes throughout the house, relocating a water heater from hallway to garage, replacing tiles and hardware for booth shower stall, installing a fireplace mantle, and installing of whole-house water softener/filtration system. The crew was very talented, capable, efficient, and very clean. Ronen was very responsive to requests/questions, and adaptable to changes made in the plan. He was knowledgeable and provided us a detailed quote with a fair price. Manuel, the work foreman, and his team were respectful of our property and privacy and completed the work as promised. “I have had a lot of experience with home repairs and have been ripped off and lied to several times!! I was in desperate need to have my the Stucco on my house repaired. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate with Francis. He responded like he said, and I was running a little late and he had no problem waiting for me. As he expected the condition of my stucco which was really bad he was honest. He told from the beginning that although he wasn't the cheapest price wise, he also wasn't the most expensive but that the quality materials and service was the best. Francis was very personable and I did feel like he was trying to get over on me , like a lot of construction companies. So I decided to give it a go. We scheduled the appointment to get started. His crew showed up when they were suppose to and cleaned up after themselves everyday. I had certain request for the trim and windows and he took care of it. There was a slight delay with materials/ paint but he let me know and it wasn't a big deal. I was VERY PLEASED with the communication, quality of materials and the quality of the work. They did such a great job that I signed him up to replace my roof, which I love! Again they showed up when they said and did a great job. when the job was done, we did a last inspection and if I had any issues he made sure it was fixed! He wanted me to be completely happy with the work and I was! I love the way my house looks, all my neighbors are asking who did the work and Im sure they will reach out to Titan as well. Unfortunately I don't have any before and afters to upload at the moment but TRUST me it looks great. 2 thumbs up, and thank you Francis and Titan Home Remodeling!!!!“
