I have used these guys on a couple of remodeling projects. They were good, did some extras and actually helped a lot in design questions. And as the design changed during the project they did not get upset or say no. They are not cheap, I will admit. But they do listen and will work with you. One big difference between them and other contractors I've used in the past, is that one of the Mitchells is on site every to define what is to be done.

We had a second pin hole leak in our slab copper plumbing in our kitchen when we decided to repipe our house, remodel our kitchen and downstairs bath, and refresh the remainder of our downstairs. We contracted D C Mitchell to do the work. Duncan and his crew did an outstanding job even though they were a little on the expensive side. However we couldn't be more thrilled over how awesome the changes turned out. His work is top notch!

Duncan renovated our whole house, and we couldn't be happier! He was always available and was in constant touch with us regarding work being scheduled or questions he had about what we wanted. Everything was done timely thanks to his coordination and planning, and we were very happy with all the subs and their work. We had major reconfigurations; taking out walls, adding a shower, changing kitchen floor plan and complete fireplace refacing. Duncan helped us with designs and always made sure it was up to code.
