This review is long overdue. We had leaky windows replaced about 6 months ago, and the new windows survived the recent rains! I think the old windows would have created a mess. The problem windows are gone, and the new windows look fantastic. The folks with James Price are very professional, and handle everything. And they took care with the surrounding walls, and left the house tidy. Definitely recommend.

I had a complicated project where i needed a giant sliding glass door, 2 panels above the slider, and a bedroom window slider, replaced. I live in a large condo complex, on the 8th floor of an 8 story building, , so just getting everything up there is so complicated that other companies turned the job down! I talked with Karen, who explained that they had several installs in our building and knew it well. She came out to bid it and her warmth and knowledge won me over immediately! We had a wonderful experience with James Price to install new windows at our house. They were prompt and professional and everyone including the contractor, installers, and office staff treated us very well and kindly. The windows themselves are high quality and modern and we are 100% satisfied with them. The after care is excellent as well and they are very responsive and helpful. From start to finish, everything was done in an efficient and punctual manner. We're so satisfied with their work that we plan on having them install a couple of new doors in the future.Service: Installation
