During our home walkthrough, she was on time, professional, and helpful in immediately calling out suggestions or previous learnings from construction around the city that could bring risk to our desired timeline. They undoubtedly bring high end quality work, and their quote was very detailed/reasonable and focused on the right things. Ultimately we went with another contractor that included a dedicated full-time designer due to our unique situation of not having bandwidth to be available for decision-making for our contractors, but we were very impressed and would have gone with Pulsar otherwise. “We went to see Bert who was honest and we could tell he just wanted help us find the carpet that was best for us. he explained the reasons to get thinner or thicker carpets. The one we chose was stain and fade resistant. 10 year guarantee to boot. I love that he didn't try and up sell us. I don't like salesman type and Bert wasn't. I could tell he really cares.The installers we're amazing Too. They were on time all 3 days and were very careful with moving the furniture. The detail work in the corners and around the baseboards was perfect. They put everything back and even centered Beds, TVs and tables exactly where we wanted. “Ronen was the general contractor for a major renovation at our house. We completely gutted our kitchen, installed a wall in the middle of our large bathroom (to yield 2 separate bathrooms, with brand new everything), replaced brand new luxury vinyl flooring, replace drain pipes and water pipes throughout the house, relocating a water heater from hallway to garage, replacing tiles and hardware for booth shower stall, installing a fireplace mantle, and installing of whole-house water softener/filtration system. The crew was very talented, capable, efficient, and very clean. Ronen was very responsive to requests/questions, and adaptable to changes made in the plan. Everything was also done on time, which was important. “Working with Mehdi was an absolute dream! The project was challenging for a variety of reasons not the least of which was it was done 100% remotely which Mehdi taking the reigns for project management as part of his stellar general contractor services. Mehdi is both artistic and practical (with his engineering background) and he has great vision on re-imagining a space and more importantly, he listens to you and collaborates with you to come up with a final product that exceeds expectations! To be clear this was a very large project with included remodeling of the master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bathroom, two stories of flooring and stairs, kitchen and living room re-imagining as well. While we were at it, we upgraded the entire lighting system to smart home. His team are gifted with turning the vision into a physical reality and they are very detail oriented and orderly, I have nothing but praise for their dedication to the project. The quality of materials was also excellent and I anticipate they will provide a lifetime of enjoyment. I would work with Mehdi again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much!“
