“I have been going here for a couple of years and my experiences haven't always been great. That was until I had an appointment with the new PA, Krystal Lott and my review is based primarily on her. As well as the receptionist Cindy and Anthony (I'm not sure of his title) who are always a joy to see. I had been mentioning the same issues I was having at previous appointments and it was always dismissed until I had seen Krystal. “I was skeptical about going to another urgent care, but I got to Kaiser in Riverside and I was in so much pain when I got there. But after like 15 minutes, they called me in took my vitals, urine sample. They told me to go back to the waiting room and I thought I would have to wait an hour to get seen again. But was out one hour from when I got there with my medication, this is the urgent care I will always come next time I need too. I appreciate all the medical staff here at this location for their care and kindness they all gave to je.“

“I was referred to this group of physicians by an employee from Radnet Imaging Riverside. And I'm so lucky she did that for me. The team here at Riverside Family Physicians Medical Group are by far the kindest, most professional and experienced and trustworthy doctors I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. They are what doctors should be. Since I've moved to the inland area I've been needing an intelligent doctor. And I finally found them. This office also has a Palliative program which helps me, since my breast cancer diagnosis. They can send a nurse or medical assistant to visit patients at home. I can also reach them by texting or sending a message - and someone always answers. It doesn't take long for a response to reach a doctor or nurse. This doctors group has 2 offices and many different doctors. I've even been able to have a virtual appointment, which is even better. That's on my home computer. Everyone already knows how compassionate and thorough all the employees are here.“
