My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. This office gave her a referral for a vascular surgeon and NOT a breast surgeon. She called back to get it fixed and they did it again. Two referrals to vascular surgeons. It has been a ridiculous run around trying to get the correct referral.
I WAS almost a new patient here. I had my appt scheduled and they called me the day before asking to reschedule me as the doctor needed to see a patient in the hospital.Totally understand.So I Rescheduled the appointment, coordinated with my husbands work schedule so he could attend the NEW appointment with me. Then I had to also cancel the babysitter I had already scheduled for that afternoon. So who knows if she could have accepted another job or not.So I received a call yesterday regarding my insurance verification.
