Today I had my first MD visit at Corona VA Clinic, and it was great. A big thank you and 5 stars for Doctor Possagnoli and the RN that I saw. Also, the check-in process was a breeze and I was seen at my scheduled time.

At first I was glad to have a VA Clinic almost within walking distance. But that quickly changed after a couple of meetings with different physicians. They showed zero interest during our conversations.

Grateful for the services they do provide but was told outright by staff to request another PCP if I wanted attentive care.

As others have mentioned this clinic is nearly impossible to reach by phone. Regardless of expected hold time, you can anticipate waiting over half an hour to have your call dropped.

On hold now for the 3rd time with extension to this clinic. Call was received after over an hour, she couldn’t determine the reason for my second lab appointment being scheduled Transferred me to Corona, call dropped.

Double booked appointments, cancellations the day prior with no notice. Found out through the app that I was rescheduled a month...read full review
