“Ever since they switched the main Dr. "Dr. Kingsley" I don't even want to call him a dr tbh. They are now absolutely amazing. I've seen Dr.Schoonmaker several Times and he always makes me feel as if he cares. He listens and actually explains everything. I recently have been having my visit with NP Bianca, let me say she is ABSOLUTELY amazing. She cares, she listens, is attentive. She doesn't make me feel that I'm just some younger women with anxiety. She is taking all the appropriate steps with the test I need to have done and making sure the care I receive is top priority. I'm so thankful that the DR and NP and this location actually have an interest in helping their pts. Also, every single MA and nurse in this office is amazing. They always pick up the phone, are able to schedule me asap and make sure to get diagnostics and labs back in a timely manner. I'm so glad I have this office to help me through this confusing time.“

“Tori, my husband’s physician, and the staff here were Wonderfully kind, caring and efficient! We waited leads than 5 minutes and they greeted us and showed genuine concern for how miserable he felt. Tori asked good questions and really listened. She ordered bloodwork and medicine through Kaiser on Keller for us immediately with ASAP status because my husbands fever had been at 103 degrees for 3 days! Not only that, but she personally called my husband three times following our appointment to follow up on his condition and make sure he was improving. We would definitely return there again and again because the care was remarkably better than the car we received at urgent care at Kaiser Murrieta.“

“Everyone there was so nice from the receptionist checking me in all the way through the medical assistant to the Nurse practitioner!! They were very thorough and didn’t make me wait in the back for more that a few minutes, like most urgent cares do. I’ve always had to wait for at least 10 -15 minutes once called back. This place was able to take care of me and also administer a shot for my severe pain in my back and hip. To top it off the med tech was so gentle giving me the shot. All in all ,a Great urgent care!!“

“update. The doctor is a very good doctor. He knows what he's talking about and he cares for children. However, the nursing staff and the receptionist are not the best. ( some) They almost seem like they have an attitude with you asking questions. It takes them a very long time to get back to you. Lab work is a pain because you have to actually physically call them to get the results instead of the other way around. (which nobody informed me off so when I went in and asked about it, I got attitude ) You're almost ignored when you walk in the waiting room. My first visit was great because I loved the doctor... However, I have been back three times and I'm not a fan of the front office staff. I called to ask a couple questions and was given attitude and was asked why I did not ask the doctor. (I most definitely would've asked if the doctors these questions if I would've known it was gonna take my daughter so long to get a referral to an orthopedic doctor... Didn't think that would take a week ) Absolutely no way to speak to your patients ladies. Hope y'all read your reviews and change your attitude.“

“I like this medical group. They network with A+ Urgent Care, which is closer for me, and I like more than the one I was going to. Besides being able to see your primary doctor you can go and see doctors or nurses in different areas. Although, they don't have soon appointments, where you might end up waiting one or more weeks. They have several activities and get togethers that I enjoy. I wish they could also have them in Menifee instead of only in Temecula, Sun City, and Hemet.“

“I have had positive experiences with all appointments at this group. Dr. NALLA is a kind doctor. She listens to issues, she is diirect and caring. As a psychiatrist, her role is prescribing medication if appropriate. She monitors the effects of the medication by appropriately spaced appointments or responds to a phone call if I have a concern about the medication effects. If I need to talk with her before my next appointment, I am able to schedule an appointment quickly.I see other comments about waiting past appointment times. That has happened, infrequently. It is connected to Urgent circumstances with a patient who may be in crisis or an urgent situation. These issues do occur in this field. I make a point of not scheduling an important appointment /meeting too soon after my expected appointment end time.The staff is efficient and pleasant.I also see Melanie Carpenter for therapy visits. She is caring and understanding.I'm glad to have this facility in my area. I recommend this group.“
