Alex was fantastic as always. I received a call to discuss my service request and schedule my repair very quickly after I submitted my ticket and received next day service. Alex from A Wisdom Electric was great! He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had four outlets in various rooms not working after the holiday storms. He identified the problem and fixed it quickly. Excellent service!
My homeowner insurance assigned Wisdom Electric Co., and Alex from Wisdom Electric Co. was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the loud noise and vibration from my bathroom exhaust fan and immediately replaced the faulty motor, spot on without wasting time. He is friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable.
I also sought his advice for another bathroom exhaust fan that occasionally stops working, and he clearly explained what was going on. He also let me know that the bathroom fan was improperly vented into the attic, which I really appreciated.
I highly recommend Alex for any electrical work.
