Alex was awesome to work with. When we spoke on the phone he gave me a temporary fix for my issue and then set an appointment to fix it completely. He showed up on time, fixed it quickly and taught me a few things about outlets and hot water heaters. Will definitely call them again! Thanks Alex!
I had power go out to two rooms in my house. Outlets worked but lights did not. I went through my home warranty and they assigned A Wisdom Electric Co. Alex called me within 48 hours and gave me an arrival time between 8-11am, showing up at 9. He was professional and respectful. He understood the problem immediately and had the issue resolved within half an hour. He went the extra mile after he fixed the problem to make sure he knew what caused the issue in the first place. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing an electrician.
Service was set up by our warranty company. Alex was quick to set up an appointment. He listened to what the issue was, found the cause and the repair was quick. He explained what was needed and was very friendly.
