I know this company has received some negative reviews, especially regarding work completed through home warranty companies, but my experience was very positive.
They knew because my AC went out on Saturday evening and everywhere working with my warranty company was closed on Sunday they actually showed up earlier than the scheduled time on Monday morning.
The technician was courteous, professional, and had my AC working again in about 10 minutes. I had a really good experience with this AC company. They showed up on time and got straight to work. Within about 10 minutes, they had already figured out what was wrong, which was impressive. I have to be honest—I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews and almost asked my home warranty company to assign a different HVAC contractor. I'm glad I didn't.
From the time I submitted my claim to the time my repair was completed was less than 24 hours. The technician arrived with the necessary parts already on the truck, so the repair was completed quickly without any delays.
The technician was all business and didn't spend much time on small talk, but that's perfectly fine with me. I'm not looking for a new friend—I'm looking for fast, professional service that gets the job done right. That's exactly what I received.
