Details like wiping down the vent cover, vacuuming the area underneath the work area, covering around the work area, multiple cleaning passes in the ducts. Be sure you can operate you HVAC system as continuously as possible during the cleaning, as it makes the vent cleaning more effective. Pure Air wasn't the least expensive bid, neither were they the most expensive -- excellent value for the bid given.“

“I got tired of having my old rooftop unit fail every time is started to get Summer Hot or Winter cold (and expensive service calls), so I called Banner Air, who had been servicing my mother's house for 25 years, for an estimate.Abbey (a mechanical engineer) gave me a fair estimate and I contracted them to replace the 30-year-old rooftop package on my house with a high-quality, high-efficiency, two-stage Trane Unit that works wonderfully. I can't believe how nicely it heats the house and how quiet it is! I had gotten so used to the old one roaring all night and waking me up, that at first I didn't think the new one was working! Abbey and crew were quick and did a very thorough job with all the attention to detail I could ask for. I needed a new roof at the same time (it was old, too), and Abbey put me in contact with a roofer who was just as good as Banner HVAC, and they worked in conjunction with Banner to seamlessly do the install. Roof looks great now, too! Really, there's no need to go anywhere else for your HVAC service or replacement needs. Banner does it all with perfection. Thanks, guys!“

“Ok so I had Oscar of AC KINGS assist me in the past as he was highly recommended. Everything went well. Recently, I had an emergency with a tenant occupied sfr. The AC condenser went down. It was 96 degrees and they had a 15 month old baby. Not only did Oscar take my call but he juggled his busy schedule to take care of this. He was there working until 9pm with his crew the next night! “I had a great experience with GIV. My heater broke on a Sunday morning and sub 50s night was in the forecast. Igor came within an hour, diagnosed the problem within minutes, and had it fixed within the hour. It was a real pleasure to watch him work, he's very fast, very systematic and knows his heating systems well. Decades of experience in a licensed professional . The problem we encountered was with the gas valve, he changed it out for a new valve in no time at all. Even guaranteed the work without me asking.
