Service was completed on our older heat pump, and the whole visit went very smoothly. Javier was excellent to work with. He carefully inspected the HVAC system when it was not running correctly and found that the defrost control board had failed. He went out of his way to get the right replacement part, came back promptly, and installed it the same day. After the repair, the heat pump was working properly again, and the system performance improved right away. Javier explained the issue in simple terms, answered our questions, and made sure everything was tested before leaving. We really appreciated the professional service, quick diagnosis, and attention to detail. Our...read full review
Even though the weather in Valley Village was mild, my AC and heating system stopped working and the house got uncomfortable fast. I called early in the morning, and the service team said they would page a technician right away. Within an hour, Patrick called me, asked a few questions about the unit, airflow, and what the system was doing, and was able to narrow down the problem over the phone. He said he already had the needed AC repair part on his truck. When he arrived, he confirmed the issue, completed the repair, and got the system running properly again. He explained that this is a common HVAC problem, so they usually keep those parts stocked for faster service....read full review
Very professional AC repair and HVAC company from the first estimate to the installation. The crew arrived at my home right on time and offered the best value compared with several other HVAC quotes I received. We decided on a new Rheem system, and the AC and furnace have been working great. The furnace runs very quietly, and the system has done a much better job balancing the temperature between the different levels of my home, keeping the rooms much more even and comfortable. They also installed an Aprilaire humidifier, which was a nice upgrade for indoor comfort. The installation work was clean, detailed, and top quality, and I’m extremely happy with the results.
