“I went here as the third optical store to get my daughter's eye exam for the third time. It was her first pair of glasses, and I wanted to ensure she got the proper measurement. As this was my first time getting glasses for my young daughter, I had many questions.

A young gentleman named Vy, who works at the optical store, helped answer every detail of my questions and explained all the important factors to consider when selecting frames for kids. Even after I left the store, I called a few days later to ask about the pupillary distance for her eyes. Despite being busy, Vy took the time to answer all my questions over the phone.

Honestly, it was the best customer service experience I've had in many years. They don't try to upsell like other optical stores and provide honest guidance to help you get the glasses within your budget. Even though I don't have insurance, I will continue to come here as long as Vy works there.“

“I would like to say a few key things about my visit with Doctor Duong & her staff. Professionalism, availability and expertise in eye-care is what they shine in!

I found them on Google and saw that they had mass amounts of 5-star reviews, I called in and was greeted by an invigorating young lady. It was very easy to book an appointment the following days, they took all my information over the phone, and simplified it when I came in.

The facility; When you walk in you're greeted with hundreds of glasses on display on both sides of the room, at the far-end you'll find the receptionist's desk where she will take your information and set you up. They have state of the art equipment for eye exams, and all other services they offer. The facility was extremely clean and spotless, it resembles a dealership showroom with a new car that's spotless, that's how clean it was!

The Doctor; Doctor Duong was easy going and spoke direct, no sugar coating, straight to the point. She has an inviting energy to her where she makes you feel at home, welcomed with a pleasant vibe. You're able to pick up her confidence and knowledge that she has based on the responses she gives you.

All-in-all the visit was great, I will definitely be coming back every year and also coming back with my wife, my eye feeling tremendously better after I did what she instructed me to do!“

“Stop searching for a good eyeglasses place. This is it! It took no time at all to get my new lenses made. It took more time for me to pick new frames than actually getting my lenses cut, placed, and cleaned. They were very patient with me and my crazy active toddler. Pricing is great. They even had $55 frames last time I visited. The variety of frames was great bc I was getting bored of my usual black or silver cat eye frames. I found a blush frame that I'm obsessed with now. This place might be small on the outside but inside you feel like you're getting the queen/king experience and I can not stress how fast the whole process was to take even less than a day to have my new glasses. Caroline immediately greeted me and welcomed me with open arms. She demonstrated outstanding customer satisfaction skills from the opening bell!

Within 10 minutes, she had my Oakley glasses back in top form, and for good measure along the way, she flashed an outstanding sense of humor and made me feel right at home. Like family …..

As I was leaving, she even offered to clean my glasses. I thought, what did I do today to deserve so much caring service & kindness!
