Gina at Target Optical was super helpful. She took the time to adjust my glasses until they fit comfortably and never made me feel rushed. She was friendly, patient, and made sure everything felt right before I left. It’s always nice when someone genuinely cares about helping instead of just getting you in and out. Really appreciate the great customer service—thanks again, Gina!
Passing by to ask if they carried eye glass repair kits. They don’t but they offered to try and fix them for free. Lilian was awesome and able to fix my brother’s glass and even went an extra step and cleaned them. Definitely will be using them for our next eyewear needs in the future!
Thank you!!!
Gina helped me out today by providing me with clips that fixed my glasses. She was upmost helpful, accommodating, and friendly. She helped me prepare for getting contacts for the first time. Thank you very much, Gina!
