Erica and Annel were absolutely amazing! They were so patient with me while I spent literally 2 hours in that small shop trying to find a frame I like. They were very helpful with finding another color for one of the frames. They were also thorough with the breakdown of the prices and how much my insurance covered. I think they helped me out last year and they are just as amazing this year!!
Been going to this optometrist for over a year now and I don't regret it at all. Dr. Yanna Yu is an excellent optometrist and the opticians at the front desk are extremely helpful as well. It's easy to get an appointment, and the glasses selection is good. They're all really easy to talk to and they want to help you get the best prescription for your vision needs. A real pleasure.
I had an amazing experience coming to this location. They were kind and accommodating. I called for an appointment last minute. They didnt have anything available but called me back when a patient canceled. Melissa and Erica were so helpful & made sure I was happy with what I'm getting. I was able to place an order and leave without any issues!! Also the Dr. Yu was very professional and fun to speak with. I highly recommend coming to this Brea location.
