Great customer service. They fixed a wire frame glass that a previous place had repaired, but their weld subsequently failed. While it was in, I decided to replace the lenses with a new prescription. There was a miscommunication. They went above and beyond to rectify - even trying to import the same type of lens that I previously had. Turnaround was a little slower than expected, but well worth it.
Fantastic. I got a new pair of glasses that I absolutely love, the only draw back was they didn't have traditional nose pads and didn't sit quite right; I've had glasses like that before and have used the silicone nose pads but those are pain to deal with. I found World Optic and decided to give them a try. The whole process was really simple and was about a 2 week turnaround time from the day I mailed my glasses to them to the day I received my glasses back but that is also going from coast to coast. I'm very happy with my glasses now and now they fit and sit like I want them to. Will definitely recommend and use in the future.
