I went to the Chapman and Gilbert Walmart Optical as the third optical store to get my daughter's eye exam for the third time. Honestly, it was the best customer service experience I've had in many years. They don't try to upsell like other optical stores and provide honest guidance to help you get the glasses within your budget. Even though I don't have insurance, I will continue to come here as long as Vy works there.
I needed my lenses replaced, and was helped by Saul. He was super insightful, friendly, he went above and beyond (tightened/adjusted my frames and cleaned my lenses without me asking).
