“We always get great service we come all the way from South Gate to Pico Rivera because Dr Lee is kind and attentive and always takes time to listen to our concerns. I also really appreciate that he remembered my daughter’s teacher name from a year ago. That shows that he really cares about his patients and that he pays attention. Also the staff is very patient my daughter took forever to choose her new frame but they let her try on mostly all the kid selection frames.“

Brian was patient and attentive with our kindergartner, offering breaks during the eye exam when it was clear he was having trouble getting comfortable with the machines and found the changing images distracting. His calm approach helped make the process much easier for our child.

Dr. Chen is personable and approachable, and she took the time to answer all of our questions clearly. The appointment felt efficient without being rushed. She also had special glasses designed for kids, which helped make our child’s first eye exam a positive experience.
