Well, I've been going with LensCrafters for about 2 years. In those two years, they never told me that I had a problem with my eyes until I found Optometry on Orangethorpe. The doctor advised me that it's a possibility that I have glaucoma that LensCrafters never advised me about. I'm so happy that I found this optometry. All the staff was friendly from the beginning, and Dr. Hollie H. was the best.
