I was dreading having to go buy glasses for myself, but when I got there at Lens Crafters I was greeted by Veronica. She was very informative, and very respectful. She turned my dreadful visit into a pleasant one. I am thankful for the great customer service.
I have been going to this office for several years. All the doctors have been patient and answered all my questions. They have all my records so to compare how my vision has or hasn't changed from the previous visit.
I went into lens crafters this morning to resize my frame due my shades being too tight on my head, Jennifer came over to assist me with my problem. She heated my sunglasses in 5 mins and got it resized to fit my head quickly ! & on top of that they did not charge me for the service and they did an excellent job !!!
